What do we do on a web tour?

We get to experience the interactive nature of the web by actually visiting some of the most popular sites on the internet.

To assist (a person) to travel through, or reach a destination in, an unfamiliar area, as by accompanying or giving directions to the person.

2. To accompany (a sightseer) to show points of interest and to explain their meaning or significance.

For many people the internet is an unfamiliar area and they need someone to accompany them and/or give them direction.

I wish I had a Web 2.0 Tour Guide when I started out. It would have saved me hundreds of hours of running around in circles.
